Bloomberg’s carbon clock has a constant countdown towards the catastrophic 450pmm concentration of CO2 and CO2 equivalent in our atmosphere. MCC shows the ‘carbon budget’ and time left to avoid global heating of 2˚C, with a much shorter time by clicking 1.5˚C scenario button.
The world’s leading climate scientists, in a special report for the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), have warned that there is only a dozen years for global warming to be kept to a maximum of 1.5C. Meanwhile the Governments of the World arrive at the 2018 Conference of the Parties COP24 in Katowice, amidst praise of coal and failure to agree ambitious actions – Guardian Dec 2018.
Show the Extinction Rebellion video/slideshow to friends, neighbours and communities who can choose how they can rebel against the “5% chance that temperature rises above 5˚C, by 2050 which could cause human extinction.”

Leonardo Dicaprio’s film is truly scary – not in the usual horror film way, but because it truly captures the devastation already being wreaked on our world. Leonardo sets the scene with the allegory of Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights, where mankind is originally innocent, then enjoys earthly delights and then suffers in a hell – featuring a part with an uncanny resemblance to the Satantic Mills.
For those who want to hear about the devastating effects of climate change already, the causes, real solutions and fightback by figures including The Pope, Ban Ki Moon, Elon Musk and ordinary people, this is a must see.
